These are the two quilts I donated to the Veteran's hospital in Durham in 2010.
The Evening Star has 12" blocks. My first attempt at quilting in an allover fan design. It is 45 x 60". The other I call Bonnie Hunter Star. The pattern is from her Shirttails book. I bought a copy of it when she came to speak at the Capital Quilters Guild in 2009. It is 60 x 60". Both quilts were finished in January 2010.
