Continuing on Early May

Sewed a couple more of these blocks.
I had cut out and made the HST's for thee more.
Thought I might use 9 blocks for a quilt center 54 x 54.

But now I am thinking of making a baby quilt and a table topper  - the blues and green would make a nice quilt for a baby boy. With borders, it could finish at 48"square.
Will sew the last block and see what it all looks like.
Put this aside again as I can't get excited about it.

Started another donation quilt.  Got the idea from a bee member who posted on our facebook page.
Thanks BJ.  These are 12 inch blocks  - easy and quick to make.
But I don't know the name of the block - pointy stars made with tri-recs rulers.
I bought them years ago!

They are bright - good use for batik scraps.

Top sewn together measures 48 by 48"

Backs made for two small quilts.
Taught a class at Ladybug on the 2nd.
Need to finish the wall hanging for the class to refresh my memory as we have the second installment on the 9th.
