Progressive Mother's Day Weekend

Finished my version of the wallhanging for the class at Ladybug Cottage.
We had a nice morning and it was nice to spend a little time outside my home.

Mothers Day was an all day affair.
The girls and guys each took a three hour portion and entertained me with breakfast, lunch, games and snacks and dinner.
Kathy and Jesse brought a lovely breakfast of quiche, fresh fruit and  banana bread.

Marcia and Jim brought chicken salad, rolls, ceasar salad for lunch.

Shelly and Vince came at 3PM with rice krispie treats (love them) and chips to play games.

Tracey, Paul and Molly  finished out the day with dinner.
We had orange glazed chicken, fried rice and and chocolates cheese cake.
I couldn't think of a better day given the circumstances - missed the grands though.

About time - finally finished the binding on the churn dash quilt started in the early days of quarantine.

Will label it tomorrow and put away.

I loved the pictures of your children and their others. It is nice to put a face to a name.
And churn dash is a favorite pattern and in blue?????
May have to do one with all my civil war blues.
Miss you.
